Job Opportunity:

Achieve success as a New Product Introduction Engineer at ACS Performance, where you'll drive innovation and excellence in the development and introduction of new gas sensors and safety instruments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, test, and launch new products.
  • Manage NPI projects, focusing on timeline adherence, budget optimization, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ensure new products meet regulatory and performance standards through thorough testing and validation.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NPI, preferably within the gas sensor or safety instrument industry.
  • Technical knowledge of gas sensor technologies and safety instruments.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary: £62,000 per annum
