Service and Calibration Engineer Job in Petersfield, Hampshire

Summary of the Role

Our client's service and calibration team is seeking a skilled Service and Calibration Engineer to join their team in Petersfield, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing electronic power equipment to component level, calibrating electronic power equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks in the service and calibration department.

Duties for the Service and Calibration Engineer:

  1. Repairing electronic power equipment to component level.
  2. Calibrating electronic power equipment.
  3. Assisting with administrative tasks in the service and calibration department.
  4. Providing technical support to customers.

Qualifications for the Service and Calibration Engineer:

  1. HND or higher in Electronics.

Experience needed for the Service and Calibration Engineer job:

  1. Minimum of 2 years in a power electronics calibration role.
  2. Experience in fault-finding electronic circuits to component level.
  3. Experience with ISO17025 calibration is preferred but not essential if you have experience setting units to manufacturer specifications.

Working Hours

8:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday, 8:00-14:00 Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break.
