As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a crucial role in mapping our current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing new processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Work with subject matter experts to map processes within our operations organisation
  • Identify opportunities for standardisation across our various locations and business lines
  • Propose, design, and test new processes to improve productivity in line with industry best practice
  • Gather and interpret data to analyse efficiency and performance, enabling data-led decisions
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with relevant standards for legislative requirements (e.g. FCA, GDPR) and quality control

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Visio or similar process mapping software
  • Knowledge of customer service/contact centre operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certified
  • Experience working with Robotic Process Automation and/or Artificial Intelligence
  • Able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels and across various locations and time zones
  • Able to exercise discretion and judgement
  • Experience with AWS/Salesforce solutions for contact centre
  • Experience with quality assurance, training, or change management
