Job Title: Field Support Supervisor

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Support Supervisor to join our team in Flintshire. As a Field Support Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service(s) and ensuring the highest quality of care for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of colleagues to provide person-centred support and promote independence in daily life.
  • Develop and implement support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Participate in on-call rota and contribute to the day-to-day management of our services.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care supervisor/management role.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
