Senior Office Manager Opportunity in Leeds

CIIH Ltd T/A Headway Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join their team at their Operations Centre in Leeds.

About the Role:
  • Manage a diverse range of administrative duties and lead a team of office employees.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on delivering results for customers.
  • Ensure employee objectives are aligned with business goals and appraised periodically.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a senior office management position, leading a team of 8 or more people. They should possess excellent leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to guide office operations.
  2. Manage internal staff relations, HR, and third-party service providers.
  3. Recruit new employees and deliver a positive induction and training process.
  4. Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, and retrieval.
  5. Manage office efficiency by planning and executing equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000 DOE, and benefits include parking, 25 days of holiday + bank holidays, and a discretionary Xmas bonus. The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and the office is based in Leeds, LS27.
