Business Operations Manager

CIIH Ltd T/A Headway Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join their team at their Operations Centre in Leeds.
About the Role:- Manage a diverse range of administrative duties and lead a team of office employees.
- Develop and maintain a high-performance culture focused on delivering results for customers.
- Ensure employee objectives are aligned with business goals and appraised periodically.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a senior office management position, leading a team of 8 or more people. They should possess excellent leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to guide office operations.
- Manage internal staff relations, HR, and third-party service providers.
- Recruit new employees and deliver a positive induction and training process.
- Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, and retrieval.
- Manage office efficiency by planning and executing equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 DOE, and benefits include parking, 25 days of holiday + bank holidays, and a discretionary Xmas bonus. The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and the office is based in Leeds, LS27.
