Job Summary:

Arriva London North Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PSV engineer to join our team at Tottenham Garage. As a PSV Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and preventative maintenance, diagnostic fault finding, and reactive repairs to a fleet of commercially operated London buses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicles meet Arriva and DVSA standards
  • Conduct continuous improvement of vehicle reliability and efficiency
  • Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and quality checks
  • Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults to ensure reliability and maintenance meets Arriva standards
  • Work flexible shift patterns to meet operational needs

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in PSV/HGV/light vehicle maintenance and repair (NVQ level 2 or equivalent international qualification)
  • At least 5 years' experience in repair and maintenance of PSV/HGV/light vehicle (or equivalent experience)
  • Full UK driving licence with 6 points or less
  • Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medical
