Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead payroll or HR implementations, managing client relationships and delivery teams.
  2. Pursue new client opportunities in HR Transformation, focusing on payroll processes.
  3. Facilitate large HR program deliveries, assess risks, and drive project conclusions.
  4. Utilise digital technologies to enhance HR capabilities.

Business Development and Internal Contributions:

  1. Lead and contribute to proposals, bids, and client pitches.
  2. Engage in training and certification programs to support your career growth.

Desired Experience:

  1. Proven experience in payroll transformation programs, including system, process, and service design.
  2. Experience delivering HR transformations using cloud technologies (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and tools enabled by AI/RPA and Machine Learning.
  3. Expertise in leading transformation and change management in large organisations.
  4. Experience in proposition building and delivery within a matrixed organisation.
