We are seeking a skilled Learning Ecosystem Architect to join our team at Crossover. As an Academy Director, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI-driven learning ecosystems that empower students to achieve their full potential.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven approaches. They will be responsible for architecting AI-driven learning ecosystems with measurable student achievement data, engaging with students through virtual platforms, and mining learning platform data for actionable insights.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to create seamless product enhancements. The successful candidate will be a champion of experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Requirements:
  • Mastery of Educational Science, Learning Science, or related fields
  • Experience designing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
  • Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven approaches
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Compensation:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
