Job Title: Experienced Front of House Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Operations Manager to join our team at PropRec Search. As a key member of our mobilisation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general operations of our luxury building, ensuring an exceptional service is delivered to residents, and maintaining a safe and compliant environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service to residents
  • Plan and deliver events to build interest and engagement with the local community
  • Deal sensitively and efficiently with escalated complaints, ensuring a solution is always found
  • Liaise with other areas of the business, including maintenance, facilities, and finance
  • Oversee all recruitment activity for on-site staff and develop your on-site team with training to ensure a consistently high standard

Requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of building compliance, H&S and general maintenance standards
  • Experience in hotels and hospitality management, residential building management, serviced office management, and high-end fitness and leisure management
