Care and Support Specialist

As a key member of our care team at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and companionship to our residents.
Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from assisting with daily living activities to supporting residents with their food and drink needs. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring that each resident receives the individualized care and attention they deserve.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for caring for older adults and excellent communication skills. A can-do attitude and empathy are essential qualities for this position, as you will be working closely with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
