Care Specialist for Elderly Patients

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare, providing high-quality care to elderly patients in our residential care homes.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to lead our care team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centred care, managing a team of care staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality care to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and regulations
- Active NMC PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a care home setting or similar environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
We offer a competitive salary of up to £48,048 per year, based on 44 hours per week. You will also receive:
