Additionally, you will accompany clients to appointments and outings, monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. You will be required to work every other weekend and have access to a vehicle.

As a Care Professional with Bradcare Limited, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, with paid training and career progression to senior roles. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
