Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and writing engaging content that meets the needs of various audiences
  • Supporting the management of our digital internal channels and content program
  • Providing guidance on communication issues and developing strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborating with other teams to encourage best use of our platforms for multi-channel communications plans
  • Using data analytics platforms to help teams get insights to improve their communications
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent qualification in communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in successfully shaping and delivering key messages to various audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce accurate and effective content quickly and to deadlines
  • Experience of Office 365 and SharePoint
