About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team on Oxford Street. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury timepieces, including features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product launches, and brand developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in luxury retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
