We are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join our team at Birchrose Associates. As a key member of our Commercial Development and Investment department, you will work alongside experienced Partners, Principals, and Senior Associates to deliver high-profile projects.

Our client is a leading International law firm with a strong presence in the UK. They boast one of the largest Real Estate practices in the country and have a reputation for excellence in the field.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of PQE in Real Estate Development and Investment and will have worked in a recognized Real Estate department of a Top Tier law firm. They will have excellent academics and a strong technical background in Real Estate law.

As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for assisting on acquisitions and disposals of investment assets, working on redevelopment projects, and drafting and negotiating associated property documents. You will also be involved in business development, including delivering client training and other value-add elements of client relationship building.
