Job Title: Environmental Assessment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Assessment Specialist to join our in-house sustainability team. The successful candidate will have expertise in conducting OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units) and SAP/EPC assessments, as well as producing Planning Energy Strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units)
  • Produce Planning Energy Strategies
  • Develop IES thermal modelling, SBEM/daylight/sunlight/thermal bridging calculations, BREEAM assessments, and report writing for planning submissions

Requirements:
  • OCDEA accreditation (EPC for residential new build units)
  • SAP/EPC assessment experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience
