About the Role:
At Runwood Homes, we're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing personal care, companionship, and friendship to our residents, many of whom are living with dementia.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences
- Contribute to a safe and caring environment, adhering to our policies and procedures
