* Accurately explain completed work, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs.
* Stay compliant with manufacturer service requirements and uphold company safety standards.
### Ideal Candidate
* A collaborative team player who excels in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
* A full UK driving licence.
