Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Estate Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the civil aspects of our lighthouse estate, including contractor assessment and supervision, survey completion, estimate preparation, and contract specifications.

This role offers exciting opportunities to work in offshore lighthouses, collaborating with helicopters and boats in a challenging environment. The specialist will need to have knowledge of building and planning regulations for modern and listed buildings.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in contract management, strong supervisory skills, and a thorough understanding of HSE and CDM requirements. A relevant technical qualification at BTEC Level 4 or equivalent experience is necessary, along with proficiency in IT.

The role involves extensive UK travel and periods away from home, including stays on offshore lighthouses as part of a small team. The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000.
