Opportunity for a Residential Building Surveyor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Allcott Associates LLP as a Building Surveyor in Milton Keynes or nearby areas to carry out Level 3 and Level 2 home surveys and other related works for a variety of residential clients.

The Role: With a diverse housing stock, ranging from newer builds to period and listed properties, this is a great place to be a residential building surveyor.

We offer a tailored patch to suit your location, so this role is ideal for surveyors in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckingham, or Luton.

This role offers the flexibility to control your work and what you do. As an independent company, we can shape the job to meet your needs and goals.

We offer the possibility of progressing to partnership for the right person, and apart from site visits, the role is home-working with no timesheets.

The Person: We are looking for an RICS chartered building surveyor (AssocRICS surveyors with experience also considered) who is confident in carrying out residential building surveys.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a thorough understanding of building defects, maintenance, and repairs, and experience in:

  • RICS residential building surveys
  • A wide range of structural and building defects
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive, accurate survey reports
  • Providing clear, concise, justified conclusions
  • Working independently and within a team structure
  • Liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence

A full UK driving licence is required.
