We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Housing team as a Housing Data Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of crucial housing management data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the integrity of our housing management system by accurately updating rent accounts, tenant charges, refunds, universal credit information, and other relevant data.
  • Process tenancy amendments with precision, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
