Job Summary
In line with our commitment to delivering exceptional technical services, we are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer to join our team in London. About the Role
This position will be responsible for performing planned maintenance on electrical and HVAC plant, undertaking reactive tasks, and completing site walk rounds. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of electrical building services maintenance, be proficient in electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3, and have a solid understanding of electrical/HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities
* Planned maintenance on electrical/HVAC plant
* Reactive tasks including checking UPS systems, lighting, and filters
* Site walk rounds and report completion
* Minor alterations to BMS set points

Requirements
* Electrical building services maintenance background
* Strong electrical and building services maintenance knowledge
* Electrical NVQ City & Guilds Level 2/3 qualified
* Understanding of electrical/HVAC plant maintenance in a commercial environment
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
* Ability to travel around London
