Main Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist at ABM, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our sites.

Key Tasks:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repair work to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct proactive inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Respond to reactive requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the Quoted Works Manager and client to ensure that all work is completed on time and to budget.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to ABM's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A clean and current driving licence.
  • 17th /18th Edition Electrical qualifications.
  • City and Guilds NVQ3 (or Equivalent).
  • Testing & Inspection C&G 2391, 2394/5 qualifications.
  • Asbestos Awareness training.
