About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data quality transformation initiatives. As a Data Quality Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data-driven projects and services, ensuring that our clients achieve accurate and reliable data for improved decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data quality strategies to meet business requirements and drive organisational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data governance, security, and compliance.
- Lead data quality improvement initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact data project delivery.
- Monitor and report on data project performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile and Lean methodologies, providing coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their data management and delivery skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computing or business information management, or related area.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional.
