Job Title: Warehouse Operative

At Iron Mountain, we're committed to preserving and protecting valuable assets for our customers. We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Rugby facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, organize, and retrieve physical and digital records using our automated systems.
  • Operate and monitor Movu Robotics technology to ensure efficient handling and storage of records.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Input and update information in the database accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of records, conducting checks to guarantee compliance with company standards.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Provide excellent service to clients by responding to requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a keyholder for the facility, ensuring secure access and monitoring of the premises.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to after-hours emergencies and ensuring continued operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in records management, warehousing, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with automated systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and materials as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
