About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Librarian to lead our College Libraries, overseeing Senior School, Prep School, and Pre-Prep environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing library functions, developing collections and resources, managing staff, and maintaining a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing strategic direction for College Libraries
- Managing library collections and digital resources
- Leading library staff
- Managing library budget
- Maintaining a welcoming library environment
- Organising literary events and activities
Requirements
A Chartered Librarian with excellent communication and management skills is required. Previous educational experience is desirable.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
