Job Title: Adult Education Tutors

 

We are seeking an experienced Vocational Education Expert to join our team at MITskills. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring that our learners achieve their full potential.

 

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to groups of learners, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and support staff to develop and deliver curriculum content.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attainment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new training programs and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • You will have a relevant teaching qualification and experience of working in a vocational education setting.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with learners of all ages and abilities.
  • You will be flexible and willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • You will be committed to delivering high-quality training and achieving excellent learner outcomes.

 

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
