Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team at Wrightbus.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Define and verify manufacturing capabilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for new technologies and processes to drive innovation and growth.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing tools and equipment to optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and resolve manufacturing-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Manage and implement manufacturing-related projects to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Improvement in manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Optimization of manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
