Production and Logistics Planner

Are you a skilled logistics and production professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Production and Logistics Planner to join our team at a leading chemical manufacturer based in the Cheshire area.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Production and Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining plans for production and sales in line with forecast and demand. You will also advise key stakeholders on sales, operational planning processes, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining production and sales plans in line with forecast and demand
  • Advising key stakeholders on sales, operational planning processes, and outcomes
  • Administration of supplier invoices and associated costs
  • Management of shipments and caustic shipping activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within supply planning
  • Previous experience of working at a chemical manufacturer or in a manufacturing environment
