About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Ambassador to join our fast-paced store team. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently process stock to ensure it is available to customers as quickly as possible.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be responsible for maintaining operational areas of the store, including keeping them clean, tidy and organized.

In addition to these duties, you will be required to offer fast and friendly service to our customers from both back and front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.

We offer an attractive salary range of £8.95-£11.75 per hour, depending on experience. In return for your hard work and commitment, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing stock to ensure it is available to customers
  • Maintaining operational areas of the store, including cleanliness and organization
  • Providing excellent customer service from both back and front areas of the store
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals
