Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA to lead large-scale implementation, roll-out, and maintenance projects for our global healthcare client.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement end-to-end solutions in the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within the SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on Group Reporting functionality.
  • Lead solution design & configuration, business process consulting, S/4HANA integration, group reporting, data migration, testing & validation, post-go-live support, documentation & training, financial close optimization, compliance & reporting, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
  • In-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including New General Ledger (New GL), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Universal Journal.
  • Extensive experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting for financial consolidation, including configuration of group structures, elimination processes, and consolidated financial statements.
  • Expertise in Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing) modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly in areas of financial consolidation, intercompany transactions, and group accounting.
  • Experience in data migration processes using SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or other data transfer tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its integration with S/4HANA for advanced financial planning and reporting.
  • Familiarity with IFRS 16, IFRS 9, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation.
  • Experience in SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management frameworks.
