Culinary Expert Wanted
At Compass UK & Ireland, we're on the hunt for a talented Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us, delivering exceptional food experiences for Defence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating high-quality dishes and providing outstanding customer service.

About the Role:
We're looking for someone who can lead a team in preparing delicious meals that delight our clients and customers. You'll oversee menu changes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts. If you have experience supervising a team and hold relevant qualifications like City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality food
- Implement menu changes and improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance our food services
- Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure kitchens are well-stocked

Salary: £13.82 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
