About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our support services team at Tadley Court School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring the quality of work of our Housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cleaning schedules and ensure appropriate paperwork is completed
- Supervise a small team of Housekeepers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure issues are logged on internal computer systems
- Manage stock control and ordering
Requirements
- Experience of daily cleaning schedules and record keeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and students
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
