Join Finatal's Team as a Financial Modelling Expert

Finatal is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Expert to support the company's fundraising efforts and drive value creation. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the executive leadership team and private equity backers to prepare the company for its capital raise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed financial models to forecast performance and analyze different capital structure scenarios
  • Prepare investor materials, including financial reports and presentations
  • Coordinate the due diligence process with potential investors
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to provide insights into the potential return on investment for investors
  • Conduct research on market conditions, competitor performance, and investor trends to inform the fundraising strategy

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, valuation, and structuring transactions in a private equity-backed or high-growth company environment
  • Strong understanding of private equity expectations and the fundraising process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data room platforms
