Job Responsibilities:

Nursery Teacher Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students' social and emotional growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour.
Requirements:

Nursery Teacher Requirements:

  • QTS and EYTS qualifications, PGCE and strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
