This is an exciting opportunity for a Wood Machinist to work with a 5 axis CNC machine to regrind carbide tooling. The successful candidate will have prior experience in CNC machining, preferably in milling or grinding, and will be comfortable working in a rotating shift pattern.

• Operate a 5 axis CNC machine to regrind carbide tooling
• Use various inspection equipment to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances
• Work alongside other Machinists as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Scope to learn advanced machining skills, such as programming, and develop a career as a skilled Machinist/Engineer

• Competitive salary depending on experience + 25% shift premium
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
• Scope for some overtime at x1.5 hourly rate

• Prior experience in CNC machining, preferably in milling or grinding
• Comfortable working in a rotating shift pattern
• Eye for detail and inspection experience
