Care Assistant Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and attention.
The ideal candidate will have experience of caring for older people and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to work effectively as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently. In return, we offer a competitive rate of pay (£11.00 per hour) plus a comprehensive rewards package, including free training and development opportunities.
