Role Overview

As our Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading our kitchen team to culinary excellence. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
  • Knowledge of ADACO-assisted stock ordering and cost control
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols
