Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is for a Flow Compliance Team Manager to join our Water Quality and Environment team. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with MCERTS regulations, overseeing all aspects of our flow measurement installations, and leading a team of technical experts.

Job Description

You will:

  • Ensure full compliance with MCERTS Self Monitoring of Flow requirements;
  • Oversee all aspects of our MCERTS flow measurement installations, including monitoring, analysis, and reporting;
  • Lead a team of technical experts, develop strategic plans, and ensure processes are in place for external audits;
  • Manage MCERTS-related capital maintenance and operational expenses;
  • Serve as the primary contact for key stakeholders and build positive relationships with regulatory bodies and industry players;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of flow measurement and compliance, particularly in relation to MCERTS regulations;
  • Sole accountability for ensuring compliance across all water and wastewater sites;
  • Significant autonomy to create and implement strategies that meet regulatory and business requirements;
