A highly skilled Multi-Skilled Mechanical Shift Engineer is required for a production contract in Swindon. This exciting opportunity has arisen with an established building services company.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and proven experience in mechanical and/or HVAC building maintenance.
Key responsibilities include monitoring mechanical plant, undertaking repairs to HVAC Plant and Associated Systems, pipework installation, alteration and repair, and ensuring all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000, Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00 hours, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Company Vehicle + Fuel Card, Full company uniform, PDA and Mobile phone, Pension, Life Assurance, Employee Shares Schemes, Reward programme & Employee programme, Employee discounts.
A Mechanically qualified candidate with City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential) or Level 3 (Advantageous), F-Gas Category 1 (Advantageous), good communication skills, client-facing, multi-skilled, and commercial building maintenance experience would be ideal.
This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and report faults with building services equipment, ensure timely completion of tasks, and maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
