Role Overview:

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a leading facilities and maintenance company as a qualified Maintenance Electrician. Based on our client's site in Barnard Castle, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Respond to and complete planned, reactive, and repair work orders given by the helpdesk team within the specified time.">
  • Manage all planned and reactive tasks through to completion, including fault diagnosis and sourcing parts where applicable.">
  • Efficiently and effectively perform electrical maintenance of all relevant assets.">
  • Use your initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained.">
  • Comply with health and safety policies/legislation.">
  • Provide a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders.">

Requirements:

">

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician with a recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification (NVQ Level 3) and 18th edition qualification. You should also hold a full UK driver's license and possess City & Guilds qualification or equivalent. Experience working within Facilities Management/Commercial Industry is essential.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), a generous pension scheme, and training and development courses.

Location:

">

The site is based in Barnard Castle, and you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime available.
