Benchwork Estimator

Job Overview:
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team based in Bradford. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects at any one time, providing high-quality bespoke joinery solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating in a similar role, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of bench joinery. You will also be comfortable negotiating prices, meeting with customers, and working on projects that range from £100k to £500k.

In this office-based position, you will work primarily in the office but will occasionally visit sites as required. Expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Estimate project costs and prepare detailed reports
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Negotiate prices with clients and suppliers
• Develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, business administration)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in estimating or a related role
• Strong understanding of commercial joinery processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:
$48,000 - $60,000 per year
25 days' paid holiday, increasing with service
Travel allowance and pension plan
