As a key member of our Enterprise Applications team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical internal applications, including our CRM, ERP, and HR platform. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring and integrating these platforms, ensuring they meet user requirements and perform well.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate and resolve user-reported issues
* Collaborate with software suppliers to discuss technical aspects
* Configure SaaS platforms, including platform integration tasks
* Analyze and report on platform usage

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of complex technical landscapes
* Experience in configuring SaaS platforms
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to identify and explain synergies and overlaps between different platforms
* Ability to balance multiple parallel tasks
* Experience using task management software, ideally including Freshdesk and Jira
* Ability to find and follow existing documented processes
* Proactive in creating new documentation or suggesting process improvements where gaps exist
