**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Assurance Analyst to join our Global Trust department at InterSystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing risk management and assurance support across our products, services, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk reporting and technology risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and control gaps.
- Investigate internal control incidents or control failures, including data breach incidents, to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies, including cloud services, web development tools, virtualization, and networking and security technologies.
- Apply knowledge of leading business and IT control frameworks, such as ISO, SOC 2, HITRUST, and NIST SP 53, to identify key risks and controls.
- Identify key risks and controls, and develop recommendations for control optimization and configuration.
- Lead the adaptation of work programs and practice aids, and perform assessments using relevant tools to evaluate controls, security, and potential for optimization.
- Develop project plans, resource budgets, and deliverables schedules to manage projects effectively.
- Provide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keep leadership informed of progress.
- Interact with customers on solutions and review projects on customer engagements (implementations).
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of auditing or risk management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics, or other business field of study.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CIPM, CISA, GSNA, CRMA, or CCSA.
- Experience and knowledge around controls with risk reporting, compliance, and operational processes within an organization as an auditor or business process specialist.
