The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends. They will develop innovative dishes that meet the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Work within budget constraints, ensuring cost-effective use of ingredients and resources.
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene practices to comply with regulations.
• Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
