We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team at Connect Transform Sustain (CTS). As a painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out painting to the highest standards of quality and finish.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work effectively within a performance-driven environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering contractual obligations.
• Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders.
• Itemize and execute work to be carried out in customers' dwellings and premises.
• Travel across Northern Ireland as required to complete painting tasks.
• Interact with the general public in a professional and respectful manner.
• Uphold data protection policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as required by management to ensure the efficient operation of the business.

Requirements:

• Hold a relevant trade qualification and provide suitable certification.
• Hold a valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Have experience in the construction and painting industries.
• Demonstrate experience working on social housing contracts.
