Corporate Finance Director - Commercial Due Diligence and Growth Strategy

Warner Scott Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Director to join their team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial due diligence and growth strategy, with a focus on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the lead partner to drive growth and develop new business opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new project and business opportunities, leveraging market knowledge and client relationships
  • Oversee client engagements and deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and effective client interaction
  • Manage risk and compliance, ensuring the team operates ethically and in accordance with best practices
  • Assist the partner in developing new service stream methodologies and driving innovation
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of origination and selling project work, with a strong understanding of market changes and their impact on clients
  • Deep experience in running commercial due diligence and growth strategy projects, preferably in a similar firm or environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and leverage stakeholder relationships to deliver superior results
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences sector experience, with a focus on deals and growth strategy
