We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic External Sales Trainee to join our team at Career Poster. As an External Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in helping us to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Visit and build relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create quotations and deal with customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Convert quotations into customer orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with your team to develop and implement sales strategies, sharing best practices and knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support the sales team and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Clean driving licence.
- Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
- Enthusiastic, keen and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong level of communication and numerical skills.
- Experience of working in an engineering/sales environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Company vehicle and fuel.
- Mobile phone and laptop.
- From 23 days annual leave (plus public/bank holidays) increased with length of service.
