Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at CitySprint. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional account management to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and retention of existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our client base
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through face-to-face contact and other sales channels
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, with a focus on increasing wallet share and delivering exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and processes
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Proven sales and business development experience, with a strong track record of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM tools and ability to use data to drive sales performance
