Job Title: Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced Education Leader to join our team at Salford Council. As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the educational programs and services within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in leading and managing teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.

The Education Leader will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs and services
  • Leading and managing teams of educators and support staff
  • Providing guidance and support to educators and support staff
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve educational goals
  • Monitoring and evaluating educational programs and services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field
